Certificate of Theology
Theological Studies
A combination of Core Doctrines as well as student electives.
Core includes the following doctrines: God, Man, Bible, Salvation, and Church.
Spiritual Disciplines
Disciplines including prayer, Bible reading and memorization.
Contextual Interpretation
Focus on key Gospel passages as well as often-misinterpreted texts.
Requirements:
50 weeks of study including weekly meetings
Read all assigned material
Memorization of assigned verses
(Weekly time commitment of 2-4 hours)
Mentoring in Biblical Understanding and Application
Personal guidance in understanding and applying Biblical Truth using contextual interpretation and spiritual disciplines.
The process:
We begin by reflecting on and evaluating your current understanding of theology and the Bible. Your disciplier will help guide you through this process. Once areas of interest and need are identified, the student will seek to increase their understanding through Bible reading and memorization, as well as through personal discussion and instruction.
The goal:
A life more intellectually and experimentally aligned with Biblical truth.
Cost:
There is no fee charged or expected for any of our teaching or mentoring.
